If you are setting up MOBOTIX cameras there is no need to manually configure them anymore, you can have the portal handle the entire process for you so long as remote access to the cameras is correctly configured.


  1. Go to your client list


  2. Click on Cameras for the client you want to configure the camera for


  3. Click Add New Camera


  4. Enter the information for the camera, ensure that you use the admin password, then click Test Camera Setup. If you don't have an admin account this step will fail.


  5. Check that the information collected from the camera is correct, then click Setup camera to create the IP Notify and Action Group profiles. Configure any additional actions that you want this camera to have access to by selecting a predefined option from the drop down menu or manually entering an API came in the Command section.
