Once you have configured your device to receive notifications, you will need to enable cameras to send you alerts. If you want to receive the notifications to multiple devices follow the steps on each.
Start getting notifications
- Tap the button on the list view for the camera you want to see notifications for, or tap the settings button when viewing the live stream.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Register.
- Confirm that you want to register the camera for notifications.
- If the process was successful, you will see a confirmation pop up. If you don't have enough notification slots, contact your service provider to get more added to your account.
Stop getting notifications
The process to stop getting notifications is the reverse of receiving them. If you deregister the camera on all devices, it will delete it from the server and open that slot up for another camera.

Tap the button on the list view for the camera you want to disable notifications for, or tap the settings button when viewing the live stream.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap UnRegister.
- Confirm that you want to disable notifications from this camera.

If the process was successful, you will see a confirmation pop up.
If your cameras are not configured to send their notifications to the server, then you will need to configure them now. As an end user it is likely that your service provider has done this for you.
